Great deacon’s meeting last night, it’s a joy to serve with men who are seeking ways to serve the Lord and reach others for Him. The first deacons’ job was to be sure that all received their fair share of the food(Acts 6:3). Waiting on tables was their first task, it evolved into witnessing, preaching. Stephen was murdered for preaching; it led to the call of the mightiest missionary✝️. For all who serve, we lift you up to the Lord for strength, and protection. Thank you;we need you in our churches, amen.
