1. Business meeting opened with prayer.

2. Church approved the minutes of the March 2012 meeting.

3. Church approved the treasurer's report.

4. Old Business:

A. Food warmer was purchased.

B. Youth Director Search Committee reported that the church was selected for a summer missionary with GA Baptist for 9 weeks starting May 24.

5. There were no new recommendations.

6. Motion to adjourn was made and passed.
